About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Revi Longevity, including our website at https://revilongevity.com (the "Website") and any related products and services we provide.

Who we are:
Revi Longevity ("Revi", "we", "us", "our").
Contact: support@revilongevity.com

By accessing or using the Website, joining the waitlist, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.

What Revi is — and is not

Revi Longevity is a wellness product. We collect blood biomarker data through our laboratory partner (Randox Health) and a separate intake questionnaire, and we generate a personalised longevity-focused report that highlights patterns, prioritises recommendations across nutrition, training, supplements, lifestyle, and diagnostics, and flags items worth discussing with a qualified medical professional.

Revi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Revi is not a regulated healthcare provider. Any insight, score, recommendation, or guidance in your report is for information and education only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to medication, supplements, diet, training, or lifestyle, and for any health concern.

If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

AI-assisted analysis

Your Revi report is generated using AI-assisted analysis applied to your blood test results and intake information, and then reviewed by a member of the Revi team before delivery. AI is used to identify patterns, surface priorities, and produce report text; the human review pass exists to catch errors and ensure the report is appropriate for delivery.

By purchasing or using Revi, you acknowledge that:

  • AI processing is used in generating your report

  • Outputs are not deterministic and are reviewed by a human before you receive them

  • You can request human re-review of any conclusion in your report by contacting support@revilongevity.com (see also "Your data rights" in our Privacy Policy)

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any Revi product or service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are not subject to any medical condition, treatment, or pregnancy-related circumstance that makes blood testing or any of the lifestyle changes Revi may recommend unsuitable for you. If unsure, consult a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing.

Waitlist, early access, and availability

If you join our waitlist, we may contact you with updates about launch timelines, product availability, and early access offers. Features, availability, and pricing may change prior to launch and between launches.

Orders, payments, and delivery

When you purchase a Revi product or service:

  • Prices are shown in GBP and may include or exclude VAT depending on your status and applicable rules.

  • Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider (currently Stripe). Payment must be received before your order is confirmed.

  • Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is received.

  • Blood testing is performed by our laboratory partner (currently Randox Health). Sample collection is arranged through Randox according to their booking process.

  • Report delivery typically takes 14–21 days from blood draw, depending on laboratory turnaround and Revi's review queue. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.

If you have not received your report within 28 days of your blood draw, contact support@revilongevity.com.

Refunds and cancellations

Because the blood testing component is a paid laboratory service that we pay for upfront on your behalf, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before blood draw: if you have purchased but not yet completed your blood draw, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under your statutory right of cancellation. After 14 days, refunds before blood draw are at our discretion.

  • After blood draw: once your sample has been collected and processed by the laboratory, the testing cost has been incurred and is non-refundable. The Revi report portion remains payable.

  • Delivery failure on our part: if Revi fails to deliver your report within 60 days of your blood draw (and the delay is not caused by you, by your blood draw, or by laboratory issues outside our reasonable control), you may request a partial refund covering the Revi report portion.

To request a refund, contact support@revilongevity.com with your order details.

Testing partner (Randox) and third-party services

Blood testing is provided through our partner Randox Health, a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory (UKAS Lab 9329). Randox operates under its own terms and privacy notices.

  • Booking, sample collection, sample handling, and laboratory testing are performed by Randox.

  • Revi shares with Randox the personal information needed to arrange your appointment and match your sample to your Revi order.

  • Revi receives the test results from Randox to generate your report.

  • Randox may process certain information under its own privacy notice.

Other third-party services we use to operate Revi include hosting (Framer), payments (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), form processing (Tally), email and customer support tools, and analytics. A full list of sub-processors and their roles is in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a guarantee of test availability, turnaround times, or specific outcomes.

Your account and intake form

You may be required to provide accurate and complete information through our intake form (currently provided via Tally) so that your report can be generated correctly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Inaccurate intake information may result in an inaccurate or less useful report.

If we provide accounts or a customer portal in future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity conducted under your account.
